| Details | I have purchased 5 used vehicles from this dealer. Prices on their used cars are clearly marked, and I the trade in value I received was very reasonable. I purchased a 2001 Taurus, 2001 Sport Trac, 2004 Freestar, 2007 Focus, and most recently a 2006 Linclim Zephyr. The salesman we always talk with is Dale Epperson, a stand up guy. Always up front with us, and he is not pushy. Their prices were $1000 to $1500 LESS than any comparable vehicle at other lots, and I did look around a LOT.
Recently, the Lincoln has some wear showing on the drivers seat. These are perforated leather. When they originally were going to have a leather repair shop come fix it, Dick Smiths people went to bat for me with Lincoln and got the seat back replaced, for free.
Very good people to deal with. If you go there, you wont be dissapointed. |
