Atlanta Meeting
April 7th, 2001, at Allan Vigil Ford, Jonesboro, GA

A terrific group of ST owners got together on a warm, sunny day in Jonesboro, GA. Allan Vigil Ford rolled out the red carpet for us, setting aside a parking lot, providing lunch, doing free accessory installs, and bringing in some Ford representatives to provide a Ford corporate presence at the event.

Members drove 18 STs from Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Louisiana and Texas for the event. Installs and service got started at about 8am. By 10am, we were in full "show and tell" mode as different members arrived, giving us new things to see and talk about. We spent a lot of time looking at and playing with each other's Sport Tracs. We broke for lunch, had more Sport Trac show and tell, and then sat down for an informal Q&A session with Mark Witthar and Bob Roberts, from the Ford Customer Service Division. After talking to the Ford reps, we headed back out to the STs for a final round of "oohing and aaahing." By 5pm, we were all pretty well sun baked.

A special thanks to Rusty Huggins, who, as usual, worked his tail off to make sure everyone was satisfied, and to all of the helpful folks at Allan Vigil Ford, Johnson Industries, and Ford Motor Company who helped make this event a success.

Because so many topics were covered at the event, this page is broken up into subsections. I'll continue to add new sections as I get through editing the images.
