Required information to enter a mileage report are: Your name, email address, miles driven, gallons and type of miles driven.
The remaining fields are provided for you to keep a mileage log, track differences in fuel mileage by state, keep trip notes, etc. The more information you can provide, the better everyone will be able to see what impact various factors have on Sport Trac fuel milelage.

Date of Fill Up - Date you filled up your Sport Trac
Miles Driven - Miles driven on previous tank of gas
Gallons at Fill Up - Number of gallons required to fill your tank at fill up
Type of Miles Driven - The best description of the miles driven during the last tank of gas (city, highway or mixed)
Starting Miles (optional) - Your odometer reading at the previous fill up
Ending Miles (optional) - Your odometer reading at the current fill up
Model Year (optional) - The model year of your Sport Trac
Engine (optional) - Is your Sport Trac equipped with the 4.6L V8 or 4.0L V6?
Auto Transmission (optional) - Is your Sport Trac equipped with the automatic transmission?
Tonneau (optional) - Did you have a tonneau cover installed for most of this tank of gas?
4WD (optional) - Is your Sport Trac equipped with four wheel drive?
4.10 Axle (optional) - Does your Sport Trac have the 4.10 rear axle?
K&N (optional) - Does your Sport Trac have the K&N drop in air filter replacement?
Chip (Superchip, Diablo, Jet, etc.) (optional) - Does your Sport Trac have an aftermarket performance chip?
Custom Exhaust (optional) - Have you replaced the stock ST muffler with a catback system?
Induction Kit (optional) - Have you replaced the stock ST airbox with a KKM, do-it-yourself, or other air induction configuration?
